My Very First Photographic Essay

My first photographic essay titled “The Flume” will be published soon in Whisperings.

I’m very excited about this endeavor since it contains both my writing and my photos.

We visited the Flume Gorge in the White Mountains this summer and it inspired my to enhance my craft.

I will provide the link when available.

Turkeys Are Visiting Our Backyard Every Day

A flock of turkeys are coming to our backyard every day.

In the spring there were about 14 and now there are about 10 or so.They are getting more familiar with people and not scattering away so quickly. We even saw some perched up high in our trees.

Showcase of My Work

Writer’s Haven is showcasing three of my poems at  http://www.original-writer.com/gettingpoetrypublished28pat.html

It is quite an honor to have them listed there.

Usually I don’t list much personal information about myself;  but my oldest son passed away and my third poem “Winter Flirtation” is dedicated to a young woman (Mary D.)  that my son knew many years ago.
